August 2019

This month we are excited to share solutions for the business community and a new opportunity for workforce professionals to help develop resources and services to individuals with disabilities.

Employer Engagement

Providing services to the business community is a key component to the publicly funded workforce system.  Businesses seek our assistance in various stages of their business cycle—everything from start-up assistance in hiring new staff, to helping them identify other business that have similar needs that they can work with, and even assistance in layoff aversion tactics or Rapid Response services.  WorkforceGPS has several communities that focus on employers including the Business Engagement Collaborative, Apprenticeship, and communities focusing on the H-1B program.  These communities  share ideas, experiences, and resources as well as promote innovations related to business engagement partnerships, and more.  To find out more about these communities click here.
