    On April 1, 2019, Disability Employment Initiative (DEI) grant resources were folded within the “Disability and Employment” Community in WorkforceGPS. The historical DEI grant resources to support the 55 DEI projects in 30 states can also help support the broader workforce. Today, there are 12 DEI Projects implementing the grant.

    The AJC Customer Flow Scenarios have been highly successful as a resource for American Job Center (AJC) customers and as a staff training tool. To expand their usefulness to a broader customer base there is now a Spanish translation for each scenario. Like the original scenarios, these are best utilized as a discussion guide when assisting a customer to identify and achieve their goals.
