    Have you ever wondered which programs are handled by which State Workforce Agency (SWA)?  The 2015 NASWA State Organizational Structure Survey shows how workforce and partner programs are organized within SWAs across the country. Among the results: 23 states and the District of Columbia all have SWAs that administer the same six programs: WIOA, Unemployment Insurance, Wagner-Peyser, TAA, LMI, and Veterans Affairs.

    The White House and the U.S. Department of Labor recently jointly announced the launch of the ApprenticeshipUSA LEADERs initiative.  Designed to encourage employers to share innovative practices and partnerships, ApprenticeshipUSA LEADERS is aimed at expanding apprenticeships within their industries, supply chains, and geographic locations.
