This webinar will provide Disability Employment Initiative (DEI) grantees with the third in a three part series providing specific guidance and strategies to the workforce development systems in order to increase meaningful and effective employment outcomes for job seekers with disabilities.


Upon completion of this training webinar, DEI grantees will have information on the following topics:
  • How the customer-flow in WIA is relevant to Access.
  • Examples of common bottle-necks in the Job Center customer-flow for customers with disabilities.
  • How making the WIA customer-flow accessible can lead to enrollments in WIA intensive servies.
