The DOL YouthBuild Construction Plus program offers occupational skills training in high-demand industries in addition to construction skills training for those programs that have been previously-funded and demonstrated their success in the difficult work of construction training. The Department of Labor has offered the Construction Plus option to grantees since 2012 and now has three grant classes of information on how to implement this program addition.
