As your training program participants complete their training and begin their search for employment, your focus will inevitably shift to job placement. In this virtual chat, we will have a discussion regarding what you can do to maximize your job development and placement efforts. Our focus will be on identifying what employers want and need.

We will take a look at what can be learned from research in this area and discuss what pre-employment, job placement, and post-placement strategies are valued most by employers. We will also give you an opportunity to share what job development and placement practices have worked best for your organization.
