The Employment and Training Administration (ETA)—Region 2 is reconvening state and local workforce leadership to focus on youth program highlights for career pathways, Collective Impact Framework, and ETA’s Customer-Centered Design Challenge previously identified at the Disconnected Youth Discovery Session in December, 2015.

Emphasizing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act’s (WIOA) partnership charge, ETA and several of its federal partners, their youth-serving grantees, youth participants, and YouthBuild USA will participate in-person or virtually. The convening will allow for an increase of collaborative youth approaches from the diverse youth-serving field in order to contribute to improved services, program design, and performance attainment outcomes.
