With this webinar, YouthBuild USA and guest presenters will introduce U.S. Department of Labor YouthBuild grantees to effective strategies to structure and implement comprehensive, pro-active supportive services across the phases of the YouthBuild program cycle.

Presenters from Capital Workforce Partners in New Britain, CT will share how they structure supportive services and case management practices across the programming, including enrollment, orientation, active programming phase, and the placement and follow-up phase. 

Learning Objectives:

  1. Review key elements of supportive services across the program cycle.
  2. Learn effective strategies to align supportive services pro-actively with the needs of participants across the program cycle.
  3. Discuss challenges, and promising practices to strengthen supportive services through incentives, activities, and other approaches.
