TAACCCT Performance Reporting Monthly Series – May 2017

This monthly webinar series provides a regular platform for addressing the most difficult and frequently-asked topics in Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) performance reporting. Each month, we will feature a different performance topic and provide grantees the opportunity to submit their specific performance questions to U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) with ample opportunity to address them in a live format.
This month’s topic is “Exit Scenarios for Reporting Outcomes Across Multiple Years.” We will cover the difference between “completion” and “exit,” what happens to a participant’s outcomes when they occur at different times or across different reporting years, and the implications of participant exit during the fourth year of the grant, including the six-month activities extension and follow-up period.
The second half of the Webinar will be devoted to responding to performance questions on this or other topics. If you have questions that you wish to have answered during the Webinar, we invite you to send them to the TAACCCT mailbox. Questions will be pre-selected for discussion during each call. The grantee who submitted the question will have an opportunity to discuss the issue in detail with TAACCCT staff, for their own benefit and other grantees listening on the call. Questions that were not discussed on the call will be responded to by email or in a one-on-one call between the grantee and TAACCCT staff.
