In response to industry demands for more innovative workforce training solutions, the US Department of Labor in partnership with industry is launching a new apprenticeship model – Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Programs (IRAPs). This webinar will provide information for organizations interested in learning more about IRAPs.
This new industry-driven model offers businesses a new way to upskill their workforce and train new talent to meet the skill requirements of industry. Accredited by independent organizations, IRAPs will provide businesses the opportunity to implement apprenticeship programs based on standards set by industry and receive recognition within their industry for sponsoring a high-quality program.
