Accrediting Organizations: Driving the Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Program Model
1:00 PM ~ 1:30 PM ET
Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Programs (IRAPs) are a new innovative apprenticeship model in the United States. IRAPs are flexible, industry-driven, and competency-based programs. Upon completion of an IRAP, an apprentice will earn a nationally portable, industry-recognized credential. These programs will help businesses recruit, develop, and retain skilled talent. This webinar will provide information for industry leaders about the opportunity to become an IRAP accrediting organization.
IRAP accrediting organizations will drive the development or adoption of existing industry standards for apprenticeship programs in their specific industry. They will verify that apprenticeship programs for their industry meet the high-quality criteria of an IRAP.
Is your organization a driver of innovation in talent development? Do you want a leadership role in defining standards and programs to build skilled talent for your industry? Then join us for a webinar about the opportunity to become an IRAP accrediting organization.
