Apprenticeship EEO Regulations: Disability Self-Identification and Affirmative Action Programs

Join the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Apprenticeship (OA) for an Apprenticeship Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) webinar designed to help apprenticeship program sponsors implement the Apprenticeship EEO Regulations.

Description

This webinar will be a structured Q&A session on the sponsor EEO responsibilities to be implemented by January 18, 2019 (or two years after a sponsor’s registration, whichever is later), including:

  • Disability self-identification invitations for apprentices and applicants for apprenticeship
  • Affirmative action programs and written plans

Experts from the OA Policy Team and the DOL Solicitor’s Office will respond to common questions from sponsors on these key topics and will direct sponsors to helpful technical assistance tools and resources.
