The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018, enacting new Section 306 of the Social Security Act, identifies new requirements for evaluations and evidence standards for Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) programs.  This session provides states a general overview of the Department of Labor’s related RESEA program evaluation, including evaluation technical assistance, to support the states’ programs.

Description

This overview of DOL’s RESEA program evaluation and evaluation technical assistance for states is the first in a series of webinars designed to build RESEA state grantees’ evaluation capacity.  The discussion will include a better understanding about the planned RESEA program evaluation, existing evidence, evaluation resources and tools, the CLEAR evidence standards, and other evaluation concepts.
