Participants will gain an understanding of how fellow grantees have designed and implemented Scaling Apprenticeship pre-Apprenticeship programs.
Description
This webinar will show how high-quality pre-apprenticeship programs can lead to quality apprenticeship experiences and ways to integrate these pathways into grant performance reporting.
Participants will come away from the webinar with a better knowledge of:
- Foundational knowledge of pre-apprenticeship, including clarification of terms used such as pre-apprenticeship and youth apprenticeship;
- Criteria used by DOL and ED for high-quality programs;
- Effective strategies in implementing Scaling Apprenticeship pre-apprenticeship programs and how they grow apprenticeship; and
- How to address common challenges.
