Why is it so challenging to shift YouthBuild programming from in-person to virtual?  How do you engage and re-engage staff and participants in a hybrid program setting?

This webinar will identify how types of trauma impact staff and participants individually and collectively as a learning community.  It will also explain how and why a people-centered hybrid programming framework can support the successful shifts between in-person and virtual settings.  Learn how this framework can also support grantees with maintaining consistent communication with participants and fostering better education and training engagement between staff and young people.

Grantees will leave the webinar with the following:

  • A greater understanding of how to maximize virtual communication in YouthBuild programming; and
  • A core people-centered hybrid programming framework that is easily adaptable and immediately implementable in their respective programs.
