Come gain an understanding of how establishing a broad range of partners can help you meet program outcomes and assist you in facilitating increasing engagement with employers, especially in the current environment. You will gain proven strategies, resources, and tools as well as hear about best practices that will result in the kinds of outcomes grantees should expect from successful partnerships.

Scaling Apprenticeship grantees will gain knowledge around how to efficiently and effectively engage partners to increase the number of engaged employers and enrolled apprentices. Panelists from community-based organizations and workforce development boards will share how they share information on apprenticeship programs in their outreach to clients and how they work with employers. Scaling Apprenticeship grantees will come away from the webinar with:

  • An understanding of the value and process for establishing partnerships;
  • Guidance on how to utilize partnerships to engage and re-engage employers, especially in light of the COVID-19 crisis;
  • Insight into current recruitment and training strategies employed by workforce development boards and community-based organizations; and
  • An understanding of how Scaling Apprenticeship grantees can best position their objectives to align with expanded partnerships.
