Join this webinar to position your Scaling Apprenticeship (SA) program for a future after U.S. Department of Labor funding ends. Grantees will gain valuable information to help them take the next steps needed to assess their current sustainability ideas and efforts.
Sustainability can mean different things in different contexts. To some, it is the ability to continue program services in spite of resource shifts or losses. For Scaling Apprenticeship (SA) grantees, sustainability can mean institutionalizing services and adapting to constant changes in the labor market, technology, higher education policies, employer nuances, and realigning funding streams. Webinar facilitators will help grantees consider and prepare to address the above factors to position their programs for future success.
Webinar attendees will:
- Develop a baseline understanding of how to prepare for sustainability during active implementation;
- Identify sustainability factors that should be assessed and considered as programs and services adapt to changing needs;
- Understand how the six SA grantee grant success factors can inform sustainability planning, and your individual SA grant program; and
- Become familiar with a new SA sustainability assessment tool and proposed TA.
