Description

This webinar will provide Scaling Apprenticeship Grantees with an in-depth discussion on how to support and assist employers to participate in and expand apprenticeship programs. Facilitators and panelists will provide approaches for overcoming employer engagement challenges, and resources and supports for implementing strategies to effectively retain employer partners.

Attendees will receive:

  • Information on effective employer engagement principles;
  • Examples of ongoing employer supports;
  • Strategies to remove barriers to program participation for current and potential employers; and
  • Answers to employer engagement questions.
