On April 20, 2022, the U.S. Department of Labor hosted a discussion of its new guidance, Training and Employment Guidance Letter 08-21, Providing Access to Voting through the American Job Center (AJC) Network. The webinar provided details about how an AJC can become a voter registration agency; described how the workforce system can support local boards and operators interested in becoming a voter registration agency; and reporting expectations for the workforce system.
