The Integrated Intake Resource Map contains the results of an environmental scan of useful resources on integrated intake at one-stop career centers. These resources include a wide range of materials including reports, policy documents, webinars, and toolkits.
The resources are mapped according to three key characteristics of integrated intake identified through the scan: customer service, policy alignment, and system infrastructure. In addition, the resources have been grouped according to relevance for states and local areas at different levels of integrated intake, according to a continuum that starts at no integration and ends at a high level of integration at intake.
Specific resources that provide more detailed information and examples of state and local workforce system efforts at each level of increased integration can be easily accessed on-line through hyperlinks built into the map.
This version represents a “beta” version of the Integrated Intake Resource Map that will be further developed and refined based on input from the system.
