Increasing Enrollment and Improving Services to Youth with Disabilities (TEGL 31-10)
Training and Employment Guidance Letter No. 31-10 was issued jointly by the Employment and Training Administration and the Office of Disability Employment Policy to promote promising practices, successful strategies, and resources that youth providers within the workforce system can use to improve the enrollment, education, training and employment outcomes of youth with disabilities.
