The Massachusetts Workforce Development Technical Assistance Videos are products of the MA Peer to Peer/Technical Assistance and Training Grant (P2P/ TAT) that was designed to showcase innovative Massachusetts Workforce Development programs, projects and best practices.
Funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, the project offers specific training/technical assistance to other states and is delivered, on request, in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, in-person classroom training; video conferencing; conference calls; instructional videos; materials (handbooks/manuals), etc.
The P2P/TAT project has assisted hundreds of Workforce Development professionals – 49 individual projects involving 26 states - across the country to improve their administrative oversight and service delivery methods for job seekers, businesses, peers and partner agencies.
P2P/TAT produced an educational video series with the following representing the most frequently requested assistance provided by Massachusetts Workforce Development programs:

- Field Management & Program Oversight - Fiscal and Program
- MassHire BizWorks - Business Engagement – Rapid Response – Layoff Aversion
