A product of a collaborative research project focused on inclusive hiring practices in the neurodiversity space.
In partnership with the University of Washington Information School, four companies (Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase & Co., EY and SAP) provided access to their approach to recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and developing talent.
The research team examined how the firms established their programs and how they sustain them. Researchers analyzed key organizational strategies, employment and resourcing models, and hiring and onboarding practices. In their analysis, the researchers distilled best practices and developed this guide for other organizations to use to get their programs started.
