The Training and Employment Services (TES) programs provide employers with skilled and qualified workers to fill their current and future openings and help Americans get and keep family-sustaining jobs.
The majority of the program activities are authorized by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). These services are primarily provided through State and local workforce development systems with support from Federal and other funding sources.
