Monroe Community College’s Labor Market Information website delivers high-quality, relevant and actionable labor market data within specific regions and workforce clusters.

The website was created by the college’s Economic and Workforce Development Center. This homegrown site provides a deep dive into supply and demand analyses for over 23 middle-skilled occupational groups monitoring over 108 technical occupations in the Upstate New York region.

The LadderzUP collaborative workforce development effort designed to serve Monroe County, New York residents leverages data from the site to inform the analysis of career pathways and associated graduate wage progression for related programming.

The resource is intended to function as a reference tool that provides a deeper and more data-driven understanding of workforce dynamics, particularly as they relate to estimated labor supply and demand analysis. Information shared complements current and future regional workforce policy discussions and demonstrate the importance of additional regional investments in middle-skilled career-oriented education and training programs.
